Plus
To use Shopify Plus with Business Central, there are a couple of things you have to do first.
Prerequisites for Shopify Plus
You must have:
- A Shopify Account
- A Shopify online store
- The Shopify Plus plan enabled
Prerequisites for Business Central
- Make sure that the Scaptify Plus app is installed.
- Assign the users the Scaptify Plus license.
- Ensure that the user has the right permissions. Scaptify Plus is covered by the Scaptify Plus Admin (SCAPTIFY - ADMIN SCA) permission set.
Note
When the Scaptify Plus app is installed, the following permissions are granted:

| No license | Read permissions for Scaptify Plus |
| User with Scaptify Plus license | Scaptify Plus Admin |
| Delegated Admin Agent | Scaptify Plus Admin |
| Delegated Helpdesk Agent | Scaptify Plus Admin |
If the user does not have a Scaptify Plus license, the user will get a message that he cannot make any changes.
